I am actually currently living at Rivergate and just wanted to make it known that it has been a great experience since the day I toured it.

Staff is kind and friendly, work orders are fixed quickly, and it's very quiet here. Good mix of residents, from young to older.

Laudry room is always clean, and there is a great community room as well.

Rent is the best I found for the location by quite a lot. Parking is affordable with a covered ramp connected to the building.

Upon moving in, there wasn't a speck of dirt in the apartment; it was super clean.

If you're looking for affordable downtown living, Rivergate's the place.
