I have lived here for a little less than one year and I have loved it. The location is its best attribute for me. It takes me 9 minutes to walk to work in the morning, no traffic, no hassle. Then, after work, I walk to the gym and then walk home. Its liberating. There is also a post office, coffee shop, and dry cleaning right across the street. Best of all, during winter time, there is skyway access right across the street so you aren't braving the subzero temps!

I have lived in a 1 bdrm and have had absolutely no issues, with the exception of a broken blind, which was promptly fixed. No bugs, no noise, always hot water, new appliances. I have a big walk-in closet, plenty of space in the hallway closet, and a beautiful view of the city. Air conditioner and heat work fine. Laundry is on the top-floor and I've never had a problem with it. I am very happy living here.

The only complaint I have is there is no garbage disposal in the sink! (Dishwasher works great, though.)

Garage parking is attached. Its run by Loop parking and will cost you an extra $85 per month. Well worth it when you consider how much downtown street parking would be per month, or as compared to other parking garages down here.

Staff has been nothing but great as far as I'm concered. No complaints here, they are always cordial. Friendly neighbors as well.
