I would call this property very average! I would say my only complaints living here was the caretakers would not clean the walks during the winter months until 1:00am waking us up!We were also sent letters regarding our party room that was going to be remodeled and two years after I left they got around to it! The biggest complaint would be the drunks playing horse shoes every day of the week but you could not complain because half the staff was there with them. Its cheap and if you don't mind the noise its not the worst place to live!
