Nice & Quiet, Great sq ft for the Price! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   Having lived at Riverview for 4 years in a large remodeled apartment, the price is great here. Parking is ample. It is in a nice neighborhood with easy freeway access. Have only experienced minimal raise in rent over 4 years. Great communication from the office staff regarding events and maintenance. Have had frustrations with some of the staff in the office... However, if you talk to Sherri she never misses a beat, is always friendly, and knows you by name.
