I lived at Riverview for one year and loved every minute of it. We had a very spacious two bedroom end unit on the first floor and were next to the building caretaker. The building was very quiet and the neighborhood was a nice, residential area with a walking trail.

The apartments were close to a large park/softball field right on the Mississippi river which was ideal for the kids, not to mention the playground on the grounds, too. The pool was well-kept, as were the bbq areas. Maintenance always fixed things within a day of reporting a problem and aside from them leaving a slip to note the problem, I never would have known they were there. Management gave day before notice if they would be showing the apartment. Heard the upstairs neighbor vacuum once in a while but that was the extent of annoying noise. Parking was a battle - that was the only downside. If you got back home after about 10pm, you'd have a hard time finding a spot.

I have and would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I would love to move back but have a dog and they're not accepted. Sheri is a fantastic manager who tenants can count on to get things done.
