The management office seemed somewhat indifferent at times if you have any maintenance problems, which this place will likely have because it's old. First off, I lived on the first floor, and my ceiling was leaking for over 2 months!! Every time I called the office to get a status update, the office said "yeah we're working on it". And that's it. I had a leaking waste pipe (from the bathroom above me), and it was leaking onto my KITCHEN, every day!
Second, I had a mouse problem in which i saw several mice. The mgmt office was trying to tell me that it was only 1 mouse that somehow snuck into my apartment because it was getting warm out. I asked them if they could at least put some more traps in my apt, since I was going out of town, but not even that got done. When I got home, mice still ran rampant along my counter tops.
While the location is good, if you have any maintenance problems, hopefull they are minor.
