I've lived here for about a year and recently re-signed my lease for another. This is a perfectly decent apartment complex. The location is perfect for Mpls nightlife. I can walk to and from work, bars and restaurants with no worries. It's close enough to be convenient but just far enough from the major activity to still be quaint. It doesn't have a pool or weight room or underground parking - but it's also cheap - so that's fine. I don't need all that anyway. The neighbors are great and maintenance has not been an issue for me. I've called twice - once for a clogged sink I couldn't fix and a torn gasket on my fridge. Both times I had someone there the next day. It's not a very soundproof building at all, which could be frustrating if you have noisy neighbors, but it hasn't been much of an issue for me. And they do a good job of cleaning the hallways and outdoors. Unless something happens, I plan on staying until I buy a condo at some point.
