I lived in this apt community for 1 year, my first home after moving from the UK to USA. I loved it. I viewed the majority of the downtown apt buildings and this was 'the one'. First impressions are of a clean and well maintained property that was secure and well located. All proved to be true. The management are extremely helpful and fast paced, the maintenance staff efficicent and timely (usually same day, if not within hours of reporting a fault) and having the security guard patrol the building at nith ws a tremendous comfort. Heated undergruond parking was also a selling point during the winter months. The location was perfect for down town living - my apt overlooked the falls, an incredible view. Overall I rate this property highly and would recommend to anyone looking to live downtown but not wishing to pay the exhorbitant rents that usually accompany this level of accomodation.
