While the outside appearance of the complex is somewhat plain, the amenities, location and service create a more grand presentation. I have lived at Riverwest since August 1999. During that time, I have seen a change in management. The change was a good thing. More attention has been paid to the details including the grounds and overall floor appearance. Maintenance is quick to provide service, same day for urgent matters/24 hours for non, and "gets it right the first time." The management and staff express an honest desire to help which is witnessed in the multiple programs offered to residents including Simondelivers and concierge service. If any complaint is to be made it is with the second floor party room which maintains its late 80's teal/steel decor. But if hosting parties of up to 35 persons is not your thing, this is an excellent place to set up your downtown experience.
