The review I just read was very accurate. All the management smokes openly in pulic spaces which is a violation of the Minn clean air act. Yes they have been reported. I have C.O.P.D. and the smoke bothers me greatly.
Also, I have never smelled an apartment building this bad. It's not just the cigarette smoke. The pets that are allowed here are well kept and leave no smell! However, the husbandof one of the managers seems to have an incontinance issue and leaves urine all over the building and elevators. It's discusting and embarassing. The are older people, well past retirement age and I think they need to do so. I am disabled so am stuck here for a while but will be out by spring because of the smoke
The up side is that the building while old is kept up and clean. It could use a renovation.
The building across the street, that the other person mentioned had people hanging around, is a half way house. They haven't bothered anyone in the four months I've been here.
