A little more expensive, but a nice place to live

I've lived in a one bedroom apartment here for over a year now. I am satisfied here.
The apartments are a little more spacious than average - 844 square feet vs. 750 for most 1 bedroom apartments. There is a ceiling fan in both the living area and the bedroom. The building is clean and well kept - both inside and outside. They perform background checks; I've had no problems with noise or vandalism, etc. The few work orders I've had were taken care of the same day.
The only disadvantage is the garages are a bit expensive ($50 month extra) and you have to pay the water which is $15-$20 a month.
Overall I am satisfied here.
