Unless you are fond of the idea of living under the regime of a psuedo-Gestapo, do not move into this complex. There is very often a musty smell surrounding the halls and there are several decade long residents who are paid to spy and report activity to the Gestapo leader, Pam. Upon receipt of information, Pam often responds much too aggressively before realizing she has made an error in judgement. The maintenance is great and quick, rent is far too expensive for what you get, the exercise room fits maybe 2 people and you can hear a pin drop from teh floors above. I would guess the complex was built in 1910 judging by the condition of the units and people steal from the laundry rooms. The garages are nothing more than a home for mice and rodents and the parking lots are a welcome place for crime.
