Royal Oaks has been the best apartment I have lived at! The buildings are well kept. Maintenance is on point! I love my 2br. It has just enough space; the extra storage closet that comes with the apartment is so nice to have for all my extra stuff! Best of all, the location is great. Close to 100, 169, TARGET, and tons of other shops and restaurants.

CAUTION!!! GOODMAN GROUP/OWNER OF THIS BUILDING, CAUGHT POSTING THEIR OWN POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE. The EXACT same "positive" post was written on the EXACT SAME day 7/26/06 for both goodman group properties the Bradley House in St Paul, MN, and Brentwood Park in Hopkins MN. There are MANY similarities between many of the "positive" posts on MANY of goodman groups properties. USE CAUTION!
