Seven Corners Apartments

Great Place, Great Value From: infinity22 Date posted: 1/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   As a graduate student, this place is a gift. 5 mins walking distance from the university, a 9th floor apartment with a great view, amazing staff who are always willing to help, and a very attentive maintenance team. Whats most important about the people who run the place, is their motive is not to load up cash. They are an establishment that is genuinely working to improve the neighborhood, and strongly advocate student-renting. Why else will they have close to 50 apartments locked up for most of the year as reservations for part-time students (for whom they give an additional 10% discount). I only moved in here 5 months ago, but for those interested, this building was built about 18-20 yrs ago, and there are a good number of people who have rented it since then!!!
