good location, crappy management

Except for the poor maintenance, I generally liked this place until they lost one of my packages. The office staffperson signs a sheet everyday that confirms that the she has the packages that are on the list for delivery (i.e. making UPS not liable for anything from that point on). Even after one of my packages got lost and there was nothing I could do about it because UPS's records say it was delivered and signed for, she stubbornly refused to start checking to make sure she has all of the packages that she signs for. To top it off, the head management wouldn't do anything about it and they still claim it's not their fault. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

This is probably a one off incident. I have lived there for 18 months (although I am no more in Minneapolis), and thought the management was very helpful.
