Okay for too much rent.

I lived in these apartments for over 2 years. It changed management at least 3 times and every time there was a rent hike. It was originally a low income housing (why I lived there) so the apartments themselves are very small. When they turned into a regular apartment building, they made the rent $200 higher a month for the same very small apartment. The management when I lived there was HORRIBLE, didn't want to help when there was no heat, was never there for appointments to ask questions, didn't care about complaints or helping out tenants. Who knows now, but going through 3 or 4 managment companies, I'm sure it's very similar today. I'm glad I moved out. It's on the bus line and across the street from a target, but those are the only good things about it.
