great management team, vintage living

if you don?t mind living in classic, but well kept apartments, stevens community is the place for you! a "new york village" type of area is centered by a park. the buildings are older, but maintain a vintage feel, with wooden floors and 9? ceilings in many apartments. i currently live in a huge studio for a reasonable price, something that i couldn?t find in any other location. i have rented from this community before and had a positive experience then too. the management staff is the best that i?ve ever worked with, and is the deciding factor for why i would come back to this community again and again. the only downside to this community is that reserved parking is difficult to obtain, and street parking (especially in the winter) is a pain.
