I currently live in Stevens Community and just signed another year lease. The buildings are quite old (100 years) but they are well kept and the maintenance team is very friendly and fix problems within one or two days. The office people are awesome... they go above and beyond their duties to make living here a positive experience. It is only a few blocks from Nicollet Mall and everything else downtown. It is also a great place to live if you have dogs.. all the dogs play together in the stevens square park! Very fun! The only bad thing is parking because people who either work or hang out downtown (who don't live around here) feel that they can park in the neighborhood for free and then walk downtown instead of paying to park downtown. Other than that.. it is a great place to live.
