If you love wood floors, big old style windows and living close to downtown, but you don't want to pay a lot of money then this is the place for you.
Yes you must park on the street or pay a monthly fee for a parking space. Yes the community is very diverse.
To it's credit you can help keep the neighborhood safe by joining the community watch and get rent credit for your time. There are at least three nice parks in walking distance. The Minneapolis Institute of Arts is a short walk away. The people who live here are a realy great group on the whole, are they all peaches, heck no. Where does that happen anyway'
