I lived here 1 year and 8 months. I had 1 year lease. After 1 year lease expired, they asked me to sign for one more year. I did sign. Now before my two years agreement, I wanted to leave. I gave them two months notice to leave after staying 21 months, buth they charged me $800.00. They charged me 1 month extra rent that I am not staying plus $200.00 more. The maiantainence of apartment is horribe. Stairways always stink. The whole apartment stink like animals live here, like a zoo. Stay away or you will get sick living here. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I have to disagree i have lived here for 8 months now and i love it. if you didnt like it why did you stay for so long??? also, if you break your lease, then DUH you are going to have to pay something. If your apartment smelled bad why did you not only live there for a year, then resign and live there for another 8-9 months. it sounds like you are just upset about getting charged for breaking you lease and want to blame on anybody but yourself, grow up. For everyone else, i love living here. the staff is amazing, maintenance is fast, and the apartments are amazing. I especially love to community. i have a puppy and everyone with dogs get together in the park to visit and let the dogs play. i recommend this place to everyone

hhmmm, let me guess, u are a young , attractive female? ye these maintenence people tend to be alot nicer to people that fit this catagory,(primarily, the maintenece guy) also, in the last 3 1/2 years theyve gotten alot worse. just give it some time honey, you will come around to agree with us
