Lived here for a year. Price was great and location to downtown was great. Had a lot of rodent problems though. Caught 5 mice within 3 days...all full grown. Gross! Althougth the maintenance staff is great, there wasn't a whole lot of preventive mainenance done.
The office staff was great too with the exception of the Property Manager. Not sure if he's still there or not but avoid him at all costs...very creepy guy. Never seemed interested in helping me with problems. Found out from other residents that if you a woman and good looking, he'll bend over backwards for you...quality!
I know its not the property's fault but the neighborhood was really bad...prostitutes, drugs, cars broken into on a daily basis, and even a couple murders. I wouldn't recommend this area to any female unless you are extremely street smart. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I agree about the Property Manager. He is a horrible person to deal with, incredibly rude on the phone, and the Credit Manager is always apologizing for his behavior. Danny, the Credit Manager, is the person you should deal with if possible.
