Crime, Bad Landlords, and More Crime!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
This place is horrible. Yes, the rent is cheap so if you must, you must. However, there has been so much crime activity in the last few months, I can't even go outside at night without mase. The landlords at 1706 Stevens are horrible, rude, and neglectful. I will never reccomend this neighborhood to any of my friends or family. My advice is to stay out!
