Sounds of gunshots are heard weekly. Maintenence department is quick to respond 24/7 although they have mandatory bi-annual apartment inspections including pest baiting. Livability is better if you have no car.

you forgot shady tenants, wannabe party animals, half ass rental staff and loud plumming.
