I am moving out after about a year and a half, and while I have loved my apartment, the office staff went from great to horribly incompetent and rude since I moved in. I'll correct- two of the staff are courteous and helpful, the other 6 or so are useless and rude on top of it. I've had problems on simple things such as being called to let me know I have a package, because apparently they don't all know the same "system" in keeping track of mail. They also couldn't verify from their own paparwork when my roommate moved in, and so I had to explain to them what their papers said.

The maintenance department is great, and has fixed anything needed in a timely manner, including a leak from the apartment above. The neighborhood isn't overly safe, but nothing has actually happened to me, so I can't complain. Parking on the street is better than the paid spots - those are often in dark alleys and usually not close to your apartment. All in all, not too bad, but be prepared to deal with low quality office staff.
