Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
After problems with maintanance and office personel for the 3.5 years we were there. Our move-out was a disaster. They claimed we could move out a month early because the next person wished to move in early. We doubly confirmed this meant we wouldn't have to pay for that month's rent. Our apartment had been kept in such great condition they didn't charge any maintanance on our damage deposit... but then suddenly decided to charge us for rent for the next month. They took our goodwill toward the new owner and found a way to make $500 more than had we moved out, essentially charging us rent for the time they took to prepare the apartment for the next tenant, and then changed their story. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SLUM!
