I`ve been living with Stevens for sometime now and I love it. When I moved in the place was very clean unlike other times when I move into a place. I feel safe in my house and love living here. I always have friends over to hangout and they love the look and feel of the place. It has this "Old Historic Charm" that I love most about it. I get home late at night and feel safe walking around in the neighborhood. The staff is also very nice and even do 3 month check up phone calls just to see how you are doing in your apartment and if there is anything that they can do to make things better for you. I dont know anybody that has done that. I LOVE MY HOME! Thank you Stevens

This sounds like yet another post by the management. I never received a call following up on my satisfaction with moving in, much less a follow-up on repeated requests for maintenance. And who the hell says "Historic Charm"?-the Stevens web site does-surprise surprise.

It is so easy for those who are displeased with things to assume that everyone thinks everything sucks. Well, truth is, there are people who do love living down here. Why else would this neighborhood be the most highly populated area in Minneapolis? Cheaper rent is one, good service is two. No one in the rental office wrote the above comment. I am part of the management office, have lived here for years, and if residents have an issue with us, it is preferable to have them contact us to let us know rather than deriding positive comments about our community after they move out.
