NEVER AGAIN, EVEN IF I GOT A DIVORCE AND WAS HOOKED ON CRACK

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
All of the previous reviews are very accurate. My husband and i decided to live there (temporary while our home was being remodeled). We relied on pictures from the website and on the fact that we were getting an apartment plus loft on the third floor, instead of paying the place a visit (physical visit) in order to determine a true goodness of fit. First, we had to get past the unfounded pompousness of the posers that call themselves management. You see, they attempt to appear hip, young, and cool in order to appeal to the Macalester hipster. Second, while living there, I interrupted various vagrants using the hallways as toilets, barbecuing pits, and recreational meeting facilities. Third, in the summer, the smell would get so bad that I dared not venture out into the hallway without spraying Lysol all the way down. In addition, I NEVER touched anything outside of my apartment.
Apparently, management does not dare live at the property either. You see, last summer, an individual that actually has a private office within the leasing office (i.e., some sort of responsibility beyond providing tours and answering the phones) moved into an associate of my husband's duplex. Unfortunately, his unemployed wife and three small children proved to be too noisy for my husband's associate and they had to move out. At least, they were given the opportunity to move out without penalty. We were trapped in that hell hole for a year, and although we moved out early, we had to continue to pay month-to-month because the individual who ended up renting from my husband's associate refused to show the Loft until our lease was up. KARMA:)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
