I've lived at Steven's for about a year now. I have chosen not
to renew my lease because I'd like to live somewhere a little
safer where I can get home late and be able to find a parking
spot. Overall, I have had very minimal issues with the company.
I feel safe in my building & my aparment was clean and in working
order when I moved in. I think some people that move here have
unrealistic expectations. It is city living and the buildings
are older. I moved here for the city feel and knew what to expect.
The two girls in the office are always very pleasant and friendly.
It is the best for rent and size of apartment that I have found
