The place looks nice, but none of that really matters if there is no parking and you have to walk 4 blocks to get home. I don't know many people who want to pay $40 a month for a parking space in an outdoor parking lot, or $25 a month for a spot in a dark lot located three blocks away. Never mind that management has decided to designate the entire street NO PARKING after having said it is ok to park there. By the way you still owe me $200 for towing my car from a space on the street before we were notified that it was designated NO PARKING. Management regularly harasses me and threatens me with eviction due to confusion in the office.
