College living advertised as luxury lofts

While the location is enticing, the reality is far from luxury. The office staff has a serious lack of professionalism. There is absolutely no follow-through any on the promises they make, and they maintain an impersonal relationship with the tenants. The floors amplify even the slightest tip-toe into a fixture shaking annoyance for the unit below. As the end of my lease was approaching, I was given a renewal letter stating a 40% increase in the monthly rent. While I was contemplating staying to avoid the costs of moving, the initial notice of the rent increase was enough to seal the deal. I'm now happily residing in a true luxury complex, with all the amenities one could ask for.
