I moved into Stone Arch in mid-February of 2004. As a young professional working in the city, I was ecstatic about living in a new luxury complex in the downtown area. Unfortunately soon after signing my lease, I realized that I had made a huge mistake. Instead of moving into a building with other professionals (as it was marketed), I found myself surrouned by young college students living the "dorm life". While this lifestyle is common for the 18-20 year old crowd, unfortunately it was not conducive to my way of living. I was under the impression I would be living amongst other young professionals. I did not anticipate morning after morning waking to beer cans and liquor bottles sprawled around the hallways. While this is just a fraction of the problems I encountered, the leasing staff was by far the worst of my problems. I have never encountered such an inadequecy in handling residents' problems/concerns
