When there is no street to park on and residents have to pay to park outside, parking is a problem. Comparing parking to parking downtown is silly. The Stone Arch Apartments are not Downtown. They have an entire lot that they insist on charging for.

This is a ridiculous post. If this isn't downtown, then where is it? Burnsville? I would not expect free parking downtown, and this place gives you a nice choice...inside for $80 or outside for $50/month. I would pay $200/month for a garage on the otherside of the river. This complainer probly has one of those government vouchers for low rent. Hey buddy, Get a job and stop complaining. This place rocks
