My lease expires in two months and I have called three times to converse with the manager of the apartment complex. Each time I was forwarded to their voice mail and still have not received a call back. I have not received anything telling me if my rent is going up, and the response from the staff here is as always, delinquent and nonexistant. I have chosen to move out and would not recommend this property to anyone. I have been to the office several times to be greeted with either a sour look from one of the cliquish women working there or just to be ignored till I ask for help. I currently attend the U of M and have a best friend that works in the registrar's office. You can rest assured that the whole school will know of this properties shortcomings and the inadequacy of the so called management. My roommate overheard the office staff badmouthing other residents and I can hear everything being said and done in the apartments around me. It's very distracting when youre trying to read or sleep. There are several other quality apartments downtown so Id steer clear of these. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I agree wholeheartedly. The management staff sucks. If you want to pay $1,000 a month to be ignored by a bunch of -------s, sign up for Stone Arch. It's a complete oxymoron to use "luxury" to describe a building that houses college students, but if you disagree, move in and see for yourself. I wouldn't call this luxury. There's a barrelfull of trash at the entrance that sits there for a week, including about 100 cigarette butts. People don't pick up after their dogs, so there's dog poop all over the grass. Oh, and the management staff doesn't have a clue as to what pets live in the building. They in no way, shape, or form enforce their pet policy. A month ago they were pleading with residents to register their pets and pay the $500 pet fee. Yeah, right. Sign me up.
