Loved It From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Loved living here, the office staff was always helpful and friendly. We had a complaint about cigarette smoke coming into our first floor apartment through the air intake and they immediately put up signs to help alleviate the problem. The other residents are very nice, and if you are concerned about the college students, avoid the 701 address where move in specials brought in a lot of college kids. We have no noise issues. Parking is awesome, appliances are brand-new and lovely, the exercise facility meets our needs, our patio is huge and being about to have a grill was nice. Our only complaint may be that the rooms are not sqaure, so decorating can be challenging.
