The buildings are nice, but the management staff is totally unresponsive. Parking is also bad here. There are always 2-5 cars parked in the fire lane, which makes it virtually impossible to back out of the parking lots at the 701 building because people are parked right behind you. And no one does anything about it.
There also seems to be extremely high turnover with U-hauls and moving trucks here every day and people making a complete mess on their move in or out.
There seems to be very little security here, with people propping the front door open as if this were a barn or something. No concern for the safety of other tenants in the building. It's no wonder bikes were stolen from the "secure" parking garage a month ago. If the residents allow complete strangers to tailgate them into the building, of course this will happen.
If I were you, I'd read all the comments here about the place. Stone Arch complainers have nothing to gain from telling the truth here; they're just trying to look out for you. The Stone Arch employees who masquerade as tenants, however, have a lot to gain from posting POSITIVE comments on here. Their paychecks (indirectly) depend on this. I'm sure their compensation is somehow tied to sales (rentals). It should be clear which postings here are fake and which are real. Again, they have something to gain from lying here. Beware the overly gleeful, sugar-coated candy being spewed here. If any of that were true, I challenge Stone Arch Management to bring forth real tenants who love living here. Or even conduct a survey, which they wouldn't have the balls to do because it would show what I think the majority of the tenants think of the place. If this really isn't the case, then I guess my standards are just higher than the average person who lives here, and I'm not willing to waste $1,000 a month on bad service. I'm the customer, and the customer's always right.

I am in the process of signing a lease and have looked the place over 2 times and have tried to gather as much information as possible before signing. Your feedback was good to hear . However, with a reply like "the customer is always right" makes me question you as an individual. I am looking for real and honest feelings about this place. I have been there and yes there have been moving trucks there often that I have been onsite but this is an apartment. If there wasn't turnover you would not of written this post. I think leasing agents have better things to do but to sit on this site and write bogus reviews don't you? And do you think they "might" work off a commission. My friend it is sales. They have been my best friend since day one corting me around because I am money to them. I know that. I hope we still get that respect after the fact of we will be on here posting a review.

I lived in Stone Arch since day one it was open - my sister and I lived there for three years and loved it! I will be writing a review shortly...if you are a pessimist, you can pull the negative out of any situation. I, as well, could make Stone Arch (or any apartment complex) seem awful by selecting two or three stray events and dwelling on them. You will not be disappointed in Stone Arch - I will explain why there is a noise issue at all in my review! Highly recommended.
