30 days in and I feel confident I have seen the best and worts I'm going to see. Management has been very proactive as the in-house phone vendor collapsed. A very orderly transition to Qwest, good notice and good follow-up. New floors in kitchen are just great. Maintenenc manager spent extra time with me on a few questions I had...really cared. Still a bit noisy from neighbor, but management is again helping out. On the river, walk to downtown, and a wall of glass at my living room...Happy!

I agree with Targetboy. I've had a good experience here. more than half the "complaints" on this site are from the same "Stonearcher99" who is probably the same ------- with the parking dog that gets management notices every damn day. Get a life, will ya.
