Coming from undergrad in Madison to being a grad student at the University, I was so happy to be living in a new, clean apartment building. Rooms were fairly clean and with a nice layout. Walls are a little thin, and I can hear conversations. Rent is a little pricey if you're a student but make sure you ask for available concessions. Most times you will be able to get a discount. Also...be aware that you will have to pay for virtually EVERYTHING! You must pay for water, trash removal, etc. You even have to purchase a laundry card before starting. As for the office staff...VERY NICE PEOPLE but not the most professional. Make sure you get to know them and things will be fine. Maintenance is awesome!

even though it computed my response as a 'no' for my recommendation...I would still recommend it as long as you know what you're getting yourself into...it is a super location!
