Enjoyed This Apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Can't beat the location and amenities at this still new project on the river. I walk across the bridge to work each morning...takes ten minutes to the Mall. Parking is a bit pricey at $75/month, but cheaper than parking downtown. Nice they have bike racks in each parking stall. I also used the extra storage for skiis and gear. Rent wasn't cheap, but maintenence and cleaning around here was as good as I have ever had, and office staff is very helpful. Overall, a great place to live. Buying a house, otherwise I'd stay.
