Even though the apartments are stylish, they are way over priced, even though they are suppose to be low income. But the biggest factor is the management. They are uncaring, unwilling to help and to involved with themselves. It got to a point where they didn't want to deal with me so they just avoided my phone calls. They are also very unorganized and lose thing constantly. Live here only if you want to have a big head ache when you move out and have you deposit sent to the wrong person and stolen.

Absolutely true. although they do somethings well: They love to enforce a never-ending barrage of idiotic rules just to hassle tenants. Note the "paid" parking. I got a another memo telling I HAD to move a car in ONE day, or it would be towed--WHEN THERE's NO SNOW JUST BECAUSE I POSTED THAT PICTURE! (Beware of retaliatory action!) Yet, when it snows more than 2", they insist that EVERY car be moved for "clean-up". God forbid you should not do this 15 minutes within the start of their 4-hour time window. Special rules for special people.
