You people are unbelievable. You mean to tell me that there are residents who care enough about what is written on here to bash the responses of other angry residents. Nice try. The only staff member worth anything here is the Maintenance man, who unfortunately has to deal a bunch of incompetent idiots in the office. Every one of the positive responses on here were written by the office and are a perfect indication of their feelings about the people they are supposd to be working for. It's laughable. Hey, while you are calling the office over and over again..they're on the computer writing phony reviews and attacking the opinions of other residents. If you really need something, just find one of the neighbors that they party with or look for one of them smoking outside the ofice door. Living here is appalling and it makes me sick that I pay their wages. The office staff will literally roll their eyes when you have a question of concern. And no, I won't "Get to know them" in order to be treated respectfully.
