Stone Arch Apartments

I'm staying... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Having relocated to Minneapolis last fall, I rented my apartment sight unseen and have now extended another 6 months. It is well-built and very clean. My only complain about the layout is that they wasted too much space on the 2 bathrooms. I'm in the 701 building and thankfully, in a corner unit on the top floor so I rarely hear noise and certainly hope I'm not the cause of it! Once in a while I hear booming music but not at unreasonable times. I don't mind paying for underground parking and I think it's what you would expect living downtown. I decided to write this review after reading a few others because I sincerely think the staff here is great! Maintenance is top-notch and the office will deliver packages right to my apartment (I signed a release) which is great because I'm rarely around during office hours. They have all been very helpful with my transition. Of course, the location couldn't be better so between that, the view and an efficiently managed building, I plan on staying until I sell my house back home and decide where to buy!
