Bad decision

From all the residents that I have been in contact with throughout the two buildings, there are very few people that actually like it here overall. The only good thing about it is the location. The office staff are very nice to you until you sign the lease, then they have a different attitude. They really are a "Do what I say not as I do" type of staff. They enforce the pet rules outside with fines, but when you witness them with their pets doing the same thing, it's ok. The manager has a "queen bee" type of an attitude and the old jaded queen that works in the office thinks his crap don't stink. The many times I have tried to contact the office by phone, it is either always busy or goes to voicemail. They also have an email address on the website, but I have never gotten a response that way either. If you do get thru and talk to manager, she will not listen and try to tell you that they are working on it, when in fact they are not. The --- man in the office swears at residents after hours (his unit is 1st floor by the front door) as they are coming and going with their pets that accidently can't make it accross the street to use the bathroom. But his dog constantly is seen going in that same spot. What a joke. They are nice apartments, and the location is great, but I would never recommend anyone to live here.
