To be in a nice place without being downtown yet being downtown is pretty amazing. Some people obviously have higher expectations that I do, and thats fine. It does not ruin my day if the stick on carpet doesn't luxurate my aching toes. Really. Its quiet, tennants are friendly, and its private enough you don't feel you are being stalked. If you can afford it, I say go for it.
