I don't understand what all the bad reviews are about. every time i have had a problem the staff has been very helpful. a couple of times they have gone out of their way to help me. the location is great. the river is pretty and main street has a great atmosphere in the summer, but very quiet and still cute in the winter. if you don't mind walking its a five min. walk across the stone arch bridge and a 20 min. walk to downtown or the metrodome. Apartments on the south side of the biuldings have amazing views of the city and are worth the price. as far as residents go, some people complan that it is all college student, but i am a 23 year old college grad and most o the people i see here are older than me. I would guess the average age is about 28. The apartemsts are not loud unless you live next to a dog, which has not yet been a problem for me. the only con i have about this place is that you can hear the people above you walk around if they are heavy footed. otherwise its a great place to live!
