Where does one even begin about this hell hole!! The staff here is very very very shotty on everything. They are reasonably friendly about things but once you move in, it's night and day with them!! They just don't care after that!! The apartments are nothing for what you pay for. The only thing that comes with rent is a FEW channels of satellite tv that's in and out for service. There's NO ammenities here at all!! If you try to get ahold of the manager, don't hold your breath! You will wait for a LONG time to get a response from her, or even a straight answer from anyone in the office none the less. It's worse than living in a college dorm around here, there's people screaming in the halls at 3,4,5 am sometimes it's non stop parties! Talked to the office and NOTHING was done about it. Just to be nosey, tried to open a fire extinguisher door once, but couldn't....it was locked. The water here smells like dead fish and it's the hardest water i've ever used! i'd rather bathe in sand. And the elevators, SLOW!!!! and I mean SLOW!!! if there's something that you like about this place, I feel sorry for you! And now that's income based housing around here make sure everything is locked up tight. There's some VERY VERY ghetto people living here!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! THERES SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU CAN MOVE TO!!!!!

I hate how "income based housing" automatically leads to "ghetto people live here." I feel so offended, having started in the low-income housing and now renting market rate. How dare you! Not to mention, everything else that you're complaining about are things I've NEVER experienced here. Staff is wonderful, apartments are an amazing value for the price/area. Oh, and the smelly water? I guess you don't read the paper or watch the news, because that happened all over the city of Minneapolis, not just in our apartment. Get over it.
