I am going on my 2nd year at Stone Arch and I am truly happy here. They have many different floor plans so there are a variety of different units available. I have an exceptional view of the Mississippi. The windows are thick and keep out much of the outside noise. The building and outside grounds are very well maintained. The units are well insulated to keep out the Minnesota cold. I like the fact that I live near Downtown and Dinkytown without the craziness, noise and crowds.
I enjoy having the Stone Arch Bridge and park right outside my door as well as restaurants, bars, and a movie theater within walking distance.
One of the few pet friendly residences in Minneapolis---A Huge Plus! (On site Dog Park)
Laundry room on each floor and a fitness room and business center in the building--very convenient!
The office staff are extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
Maintenance issues are corrected quickly and efficiently.
I highly recommend living at Stone Arch Apartments.
