Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
The walls are very thin, I can hear the neighbor's TV every night when I try to sleep. There is smoke smell from the neighbor coming through the cracks or walls. Management also allowed two people who own pit bulls to move in and roam freely, which attacked one of our neighbor's dog. Mouse infestation is a also problem. I have three bikes stolen from my porch.
