PROS:
-friendly staff; great communication; helpful
-AWESOME location; nice view of the city, park, stonearch bridge etc
-lots of cabinets
-clean building
-walk-in closets
-maintenance quick to respond
-computer lab with free printing/internet & it's air-conditioned
-vending machines
-FREE caribou coffee & tea
-FREE dog treats...pets allowed
-camera in entryway that allows you to see visitors on your TV- easy & safe way to let people in via telephone
CONS:
-foul odor outside (mostly during summer) overwhelms apartment when windows open
-slow elevator
-exercise equipment not up to par; heart rate monitor doesn't work
-NO FREE amenities, so be prepared
-lack of parking spaces for those who don't want to pay for a spot
-crazy $500 pet FEE
-poor insulation; sound travels
Overall, I adore this community and would recommend it to others.
