Even though the apartments are stylish, they are way over priced, even though they are suppose to be low income. But the biggest factor is the management. They are uncaring, unwilling to help and to involved with themselves. It got to a point where they didn't want to deal with me so they just avoided my phone calls. They are also very unorganized and lose thing constantly. Live here only if you want to have a big head ache when you move out and have you deposit sent to the wrong person and stolen. We lived at Stonehouse for about 2 years and NEVER experienced anything like this individual stated...I felt that management was professional and courteous...The amenities, Community Room, Exercise Area, and large courtyard, balanced the cost of rent...

I lived there for only a year 5-6 years ago and I still talk highly about the apartment to this day. I am also looking to move back there the begining of next year if the right apartment opens up. I never had one neg. experiance the entire time. The one repair that was needed was taken care of in less then one week. My deposit was returned infull, in 3-4 weeks, even with an address change 2 weeks after moving.
