This apt. complex has had 4-5 different owners and management companies. Each time someone new takes over all the rules change to whatever they wish. They try to scam everyone into paying late fees which is illegal. The grounds are not kept up. The maintenance situation here is bad. If you request anything you are looked upon as a nuicance and will be treated unfairly.
My opinion is NOT to rent from them.
